【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)蛇傷患者癥狀實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)分,使毒蛇咬傷患者病情診斷更準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)。方法對(duì)2431例蛇傷患者被蛇毒危害機(jī)體情況進(jìn)行回顧性分析;應(yīng)用蛇傷后各重要器官損害輕、重、危重的分型、局部腫脹與潰瘍輕重的分度、全身肌力與四肢肌張力下降(癱瘓)輕重的分級(jí)、意識(shí)障礙程度輕重的分項(xiàng)等診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行中西醫(yī)結(jié)合評(píng)分。結(jié)果2010例輕癥患者總分≤20分;261例重癥患者總分為21～40分;160例危重癥患者總分≥41分。結(jié)論蛇傷患者中西醫(yī)結(jié)合評(píng)分總分值越高病情越重;毒蛇咬傷重、危重癥中西醫(yī)結(jié)合評(píng)分診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)蛇傷重危癥患者的救治具有積極的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to make the diagnosis of snake bite more accurate and scientific. Methods 2431 patients with snake injury were treated with snake venom, the classification of the damage of the important organs, the degree of local swelling and the severity of the ulcer were used. The classification of systemic muscle strength and limb muscle tension (paralysis), the classification of the degree of consciousness disturbance, and the score of integrated Chinese and western medicine were carried out. Results the total score of 2010 patients with mild disease was less than 20 points. The total score of 2010 patients with severe disease was 21 ~ 40.
