【摘要】：目的：探討中醫(yī)活血化瘀法對(duì)慢性肺心病急性發(fā)作期的治療效果。方法：中西醫(yī)組４０例患者和單純 西醫(yī)治療組４０例患者均以吸氧、解痙平喘、抗感染及糾正呼吸衰竭為基礎(chǔ)治療，，中西醫(yī)組加用保肺湯治療。結(jié)果： 中西醫(yī)組在改善患者臨床癥狀體征、提高動(dòng)脈血氧分壓（ＰａＯ２）、降低動(dòng)脈二氧化碳分壓（ＰａＯ２）、降低全血黏度、血 漿比黏度、血細(xì)胞比容等方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５，總有效率明顯提高。結(jié)論：中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療對(duì)肺心 病急性發(fā)作期患者可明顯提高總有效率（９０％），療效優(yōu)于單純西醫(yī)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating chronic cor pulmonale at acute attack stage. Methods: 40 patients in traditional Chinese and western medicine group and 40 patients in western medicine treatment group were treated with oxygen, spasmolysis and asthma, anti-infection and respiratory failure as the basis, and the traditional Chinese and western medicine group with Baofei decoction. Results: the traditional Chinese and western medicine group improved the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, increased the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (Pao _ 2), reduced the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (Pao _ 2), reduced the whole blood viscosity, and the specific viscosity of blood plasma. The blood cell volume was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and the total effective rate was significantly increased. Conclusion: the total effective rate (90%) can be significantly improved by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with acute attack of lung and heart disease, and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine alone.
