【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療慢性腎功能不全的臨床療法。方法:129例慢性腎功能不全患者分為中藥組、西藥組和中西藥組。各組根據(jù)病情給予常規(guī)藥物治療。中藥組口服金水寶膠囊,西藥組注射凱時針劑,中西藥組口服金水寶膠囊并注射凱時針劑。觀察臨床療效,測定治療前后腎功能指標。結(jié)果:中西藥組總有效率為90.1%,明顯高于其他兩組療效(P0.05)。中西藥結(jié)合對腎功能的改善作用也優(yōu)于單用藥物的作用。結(jié)論:中西藥結(jié)合治療慢性腎功能不全療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical treatment of chronic renal insufficiency with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 129 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were divided into Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and western medicine group. Each group was treated with routine medicine according to the condition. The traditional Chinese medicine group took Jinshuibao capsule, the western medicine group injected Kai Shi injection, the Chinese and western medicine group took Jinshuibao capsule and injected Kai Shi injection. To observe the clinical effect and determine the renal function before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the Chinese and western medicine group was 90.1, which was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P0.05). The effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine on the improvement of renal function was also superior to that of single drug. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.
