【摘要】：正高血壓腦出血是一組多發(fā)病、常見病,中、大量腦出血(出血量大于或等于30 ml)患者具有高發(fā)病率、高致殘率、高病死率等特點,病死率一般在30%～40%,其中近15～40%死于急性期,我們自2008-02～2011-03共收治68例出血量≥30 ml的高血壓腦出血患者,其中36例常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上采用微創(chuàng)介入顱內(nèi)血腫清除術(shù),并配合中醫(yī)治療,取得較好的療效�，F(xiàn)報道如下。
