[Abstract]:Positive lumbar disc herniation (LDH) belongs to the category of "low back pain" and "arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is a frequent and common disease in clinical practice and is mainly divided into two categories: surgical treatment and conservative treatment. Since the invention of small needle knife by Zhu Hanzhang in 1976, after more than 30 years of clinical application and research development, needle knife therapy has become a unique treatment for Zhu Hanzhang.
