【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療糖尿病干眼癥的療效。方法:選擇糖尿病干眼癥患者60例(120只眼),隨機分為中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組和西醫(yī)對照組各30例(60只眼),在積極治療原發(fā)病的基礎(chǔ)上,西醫(yī)對照組給予"重組牛堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子滴眼液"及"玻璃酸鈉滴眼液"滴眼治療,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組在西醫(yī)對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予中藥免煎劑沖服配合眼局部中藥離子導(dǎo)入、中藥熏洗眼及耳穴壓豆等治療,1個月后復(fù)查比較2種治療方法的療效。結(jié)果:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組總有效率93.3%,大于西醫(yī)對照組70.0%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療糖尿病干眼癥的療效優(yōu)于單純的西醫(yī)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic xerophthalmia. Methods: sixty patients with diabetic xerophthalmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with "recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops" and "sodium hyaluronate eye drops". On the basis of western medicine control group, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine without decoction and eye local Chinese medicine ion introduction, Chinese medicine fumigation and washing eyes and ear point pressing bean. After one month, the curative effect of the two methods was compared. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3%, which was higher than that of the western medicine control group (70. 0%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic dry eye is better than that of western medicine alone.
