【摘要】：目的:觀察推拿加AKA關(guān)節(jié)松動術(shù)結(jié)合運(yùn)動療法治療退行性膝關(guān)節(jié)病的臨床療效。方法:對38例患者采用推拿加AKA關(guān)節(jié)松動術(shù)、運(yùn)動療法,結(jié)合口服天然葡萄糖胺與軟骨素治療。觀察關(guān)節(jié)的疼痛程度、積液、活動受限程度等療效指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:疼痛基本消失,無關(guān)節(jié)積液,能正常行走、上下樓梯者15例,占39.5%;關(guān)節(jié)仍輕微疼痛、關(guān)節(jié)積液少量存在,能正常行走,上下樓梯受限者18例,占47.4%;疼痛稍緩解、關(guān)節(jié)積液仍存在,行走輕度困難者3例,占7.9%;治療前后無明顯變化者2例,占5.2%,總有效率為94.7%。治療后膝關(guān)節(jié)各項(xiàng)目評分及總分均較治療前升高,差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:推拿、AKA關(guān)節(jié)松動術(shù)、運(yùn)動療法為主,輔以口服軟骨素、天然葡萄糖胺,可減少膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,促進(jìn)炎癥吸收,增加關(guān)節(jié)滑液,修復(fù)軟骨的同時能強(qiáng)化膝關(guān)節(jié)周邊肌肉力量,有效加強(qiáng)膝關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of massage and AKA joint loosening combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of degenerative knee joint disease. Methods: 38 patients were treated with massage plus AKA joint loosening, exercise therapy and oral administration of natural glucosamine and chondroitin. To observe the degree of joint pain, effusion, activity restriction and other therapeutic indicators. Results: the pain disappeared basically, no joint effusion, normal walking, up and down stairs in 15 cases (39.5%), the joint was still slightly painful, a small amount of joint fluid could walk normally, 18 cases (47.4%) were limited in the upper and lower stairs, and the pain was slightly relieved. There were 3 cases with mild difficulty in walking (7.9%) and 2 cases (5.2%) with no obvious change before and after treatment. The total effective rate was 94.7%. After treatment, the scores and total scores of each item of knee joint were higher than that before treatment, and the difference was very significant (P 0.01). Conclusion: massage and AKA joint loosening, exercise therapy, supplemented with oral chondroitin and natural glucosamine, can reduce knee joint pain, promote inflammation absorption, increase synovial fluid, repair cartilage, and strengthen muscle strength around knee joint at the same time. Effectively strengthen the stability of the knee joint.
