【摘要】：正鎖骨骨折占各類骨折的5%～10%,其中鎖骨骨折80%為鎖骨中段骨折。臨床通常對(duì)鎖骨中段骨折采取8字繃帶固定保守治療的方法,但是如果伴有骨折斷端外露、血管或神經(jīng)壓迫等較為嚴(yán)重的鎖骨骨折,應(yīng)首選切開固定。重建鋼板內(nèi)固定為切開固定的首選方法,但與保守治療相比,其缺點(diǎn)為手術(shù)切口大,患者創(chuàng)傷大,骨折及手術(shù)傷口愈合時(shí)間長(zhǎng),而且還需要二次手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The fracture of clavicle accounts for 510% of all kinds of fractures, 80% of which is middle clavicle fracture. In clinic, the fracture of middle clavicle is usually treated with 8-character bandage fixation. However, if the fracture is accompanied by exposure of broken end and compression of blood vessel or nerve, incision and fixation should be preferred. Reconstruction plate internal fixation is the first choice for incision and fixation, but compared with conservative treatment, its shortcomings are large incision, large trauma, long healing time of fracture and surgical wound, and the need of secondary operation.
