【摘要】：目的 總結(jié)近十余年來(lái)關(guān)于中西醫(yī)臨床治療直腸癌的的各種方法，為臨床治療提供參考，為進(jìn)一步研究提出指導(dǎo)性意見(jiàn)、奠定基礎(chǔ)。 方法 通過(guò)查閱近十余年中、西醫(yī)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)，總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)及中醫(yī)藥臨床治療直腸癌的各種治療方法，尋求今后直腸癌治療及研究的發(fā)展主要方向。 成果 研究基本包括了目前治療直腸癌的所有有效方法，為臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)直腸癌治療方式的選擇作出參考，為中西醫(yī)臨床研究工作者對(duì)直腸癌臨床研究提出具有指導(dǎo)意義的意見(jiàn)及某些方案。 結(jié)論 近10余年來(lái)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)和中醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)直腸癌治療的認(rèn)識(shí)有較大的進(jìn)步，各種治療手段增多并有創(chuàng)新，5年生存率有所上升，患者生存質(zhì)量較前提高，局部復(fù)發(fā)率有所下降，預(yù)防全身轉(zhuǎn)移有一定療效，，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥及化療副反應(yīng)處理效果較前理想。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical treatment of rectal cancer by traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM) in recent ten years, to provide reference for clinical treatment, and to lay a foundation for further research. Methods in the past ten years, the literature of western medicine at home and abroad was reviewed to summarize and evaluate the treatment of rectal cancer in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and to seek the main development direction of rectal cancer treatment and research in the future. The results of the study basically include all the effective methods for the treatment of rectal cancer at present, and provide a reference for clinicians to choose the treatment methods for rectal cancer. For the clinical research workers of traditional Chinese and western medicine, the author put forward some instructive opinions and some schemes for the clinical study of rectal cancer. Conclusion in the past 10 years, the modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have made great progress in the treatment of rectal cancer, the treatment methods have been increased and innovated, the 5-year survival rate has increased, the quality of life of patients has been improved, and the local recurrence rate has decreased. Prevention of systemic metastasis is effective, postoperative complications and side effects of chemotherapy are better than before.
