【摘要】：膽汁反流性胃炎(bile reflux gastritis,BRG)是臨床常見病與多發(fā)病,目前中西醫(yī)缺乏特效治療方法。通過總結近年來中西醫(yī)對本病的研究成果,從病因、病機、生理、病理入手,提出利膽和胃、酸收和胃、化郁排邪和胃、化瘀通絡和胃、健脾升陽和胃五法治療,具有一定的臨床指導意義。
[Abstract]:Bile reflux gastritis BRG (bile reflux gastritis) is a common and frequent clinical disease. Through summing up the research results of TCM and Western medicine on this disease in recent years, starting with the etiology, pathogenesis, physiology and pathology, the authors put forward the treatment of promoting gallbladder and stomach, acid collecting and stomach, removing depression and eliminating evil spirits and stomach, removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals and stomach, invigorating spleen and strengthening yang and stomach. It has certain clinical guiding significance.
