【摘要】：目的觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合內(nèi)外兼治治療2型糖尿病性周?chē)窠?jīng)病變(DPN)的臨床療效。方法將納入的研究對(duì)象隨機(jī)分成3組,觀察治療前后各組神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(NCV)、神經(jīng)病變計(jì)分(MDNS)、血液流變學(xué)、血糖、血脂等變化情況。結(jié)果中西醫(yī)結(jié)合內(nèi)外兼治治療2型DPN的總有效率為89.5%,明顯優(yōu)于單純西醫(yī)治療(P0.01),并且治療后NCV、MDNS、血糖、血脂、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)等均有明顯改善(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論中西醫(yī)結(jié)合內(nèi)外兼治治療2型DPN,可明顯改善臨床癥狀及MDNS,顯著提高NCV,療效明顯優(yōu)于中西醫(yī)結(jié)合內(nèi)服和單純西藥內(nèi)服治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of combined internal and external treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods the subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups to observe the changes of nerve conduction velocity (NCVV), neuropathy score (MDNSN), hemorheology, blood glucose, blood lipid and so on before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of type 2 DPN was 89.5, which was significantly better than that of western medicine alone (P 0.01). After treatment, the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid and hemorheology were significantly improved (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion combined treatment of type 2 DPN with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can obviously improve clinical symptoms and MDNSand increase NCV.The curative effect is better than that of combined Chinese and western medicine alone.
