【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療急性右心室心肌梗死(ARVI)33例的臨床療效。方法:將33例患者分為氣陰不足型18例,陰陽耗竭型15例。在規(guī)范西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,如低血容量者快速擴(kuò)容,心動(dòng)過緩者安裝臨時(shí)起搏器,符合時(shí)間窗及指征者予介入或溶栓治療,口服藥物AABC治療方案,結(jié)合中成藥參麥注射液、參附注射液及生脈散加味、四逆湯加味煎服等治療。結(jié)果:心功能恢復(fù)到KillipⅡ級(jí)及以上者30例,行溶栓治療12例,無1例死亡,行介入治療者18例,無1例死亡,行介入治療患者心功能改善狀況最佳。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療治療急性右心室心肌梗死療效滿意。
