【摘要】：目的:探討伴軟組織缺損的嚴重脛腓骨開放性骨折固定和軟組織缺損的修復方法。方法:28例經(jīng)清創(chuàng)后根據(jù)骨折部位、軟組織損傷情況,采用外固定支架固定;22例軟組織缺損采用鄰近肌瓣轉(zhuǎn)移,10例采用中藥十一方酒與拔毒生肌膏交替外用(含肌瓣轉(zhuǎn)移部分壞死4例)。結(jié)果:28例骨折復位良好,軟組織缺損肌瓣轉(zhuǎn)移和中藥交替外用Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期植皮全部成活,骨折愈合;發(fā)生創(chuàng)傷性骨髓炎3例,占10.7%。結(jié)論:支架外固定肌瓣轉(zhuǎn)移中藥交替外用同時解決骨折固定與軟組織缺損修復,是伴軟組織缺損的嚴重脛腓骨開放性骨折較好的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the fixation and repair of severe open tibia and fibula fracture with soft tissue defect. Methods 28 cases were treated by debridement according to the position of fracture and soft tissue injury. 22 cases of soft tissue defect were fixed with external fixator. 10 cases with adjacent muscle flap metastasis were treated with Shifangjiu and Didushengji ointment (including partial necrosis of muscle flap in 4 cases).
