【摘要】：目的觀察空心加壓螺釘內(nèi)固定聯(lián)合中藥治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松性股骨頸骨折的療效。方法 76例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組及對(duì)照組,每組38例,兩組均采用空心加壓螺釘內(nèi)固定治療。治療組予中藥內(nèi)服外敷,對(duì)照組服用鈣爾奇D及羅蓋全。結(jié)果術(shù)后隨訪6～32個(gè)月,平均18個(gè)月,優(yōu)良率治療組為92.1%,對(duì)照組為78.9%,兩組對(duì)比有顯著性差異(P0.05);兩組術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月Harris評(píng)分比較均有顯著性差異(P均0.05)。結(jié)論空心加壓螺釘內(nèi)固定聯(lián)合中藥內(nèi)服外敷治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松性股骨頸骨折療效顯著,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of internal fixation with hollow compression screw combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group was treated with Calcici D and Luogai Quan. Results the follow-up period was 6 ~ 32 months (mean 18 months). The excellent and good rate was 92.1in the treatment group and 78.9 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the Harris scores were significantly different between the two groups at 1 and 6 months after operation (P < 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture with internal fixation of hollow compression screw combined with internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine is effective and worthy of clinical popularization.
