【摘要】：目的:觀察低頻脈沖加耳穴磁療及普瑞博思對功能性消化不良(FD)患者的療效差異。方法:50例FD患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組采用低頻脈沖刺激中脘、胃俞、內(nèi)關(guān)、足三里,并辨證選豐隆、三陰交,配合耳穴磁療,每次治療30分鐘,每天1次;對照組每日口服普瑞博思。兩組均5天為一療程。觀察治療前后癥狀評分和胃電圖參數(shù)變化及臨床療效。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療后臨床癥狀積分均較治療前明顯降低(P0.01),兩組患者單項癥狀積分差值比較差異具有顯著性意義(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者胃電參數(shù)改善,與治療前比較差異均有顯著性意義(P0.05);但兩組間差異無顯著性意義。治療組臨床療效總有效率為93.3%,明顯優(yōu)于對照組的75
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of low frequency pulse plus auricular magnetic therapy and Prebos on patients with functional dyspepsia (FDD). Methods Fifty patients with FD were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with low-frequency pulse stimulation of Zhongwan, Weishu, Neiguan, Zusanli, and selected Fenglong, Sanyinjiao, combined with magnetic therapy of auricular acupoints for 30 minutes, once a day. The control group took Prebos daily. Both groups were treated for 5 days. The changes of symptom score, electrogastrogram parameters and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference of the single symptom score between the two groups had significant difference (P 0.05). After treatment, the gastric electrical parameters of the two groups were improved, and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3g, which was better than that of the control group (75%).
