        目的：探討“補(bǔ)腎活血法”對(duì)外傷后蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血致腦血管痙攣的臨床療效。方法：將60例符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者隨機(jī)分成2組：對(duì)照組29例，，給予現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)常規(guī)治療（尼莫地平等），治療組31例，在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上，加用“補(bǔ)腎活血法”，觀察兩組患者患側(cè)的大腦中動(dòng)脈流速、改良Fisher分級(jí)及臨床表現(xiàn)的變化。結(jié)果：1、治療組的大腦中動(dòng)脈平均流速及改良Fisher分級(jí)指數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組，P＜0.05。2、治療組近期療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，P＜0.05。結(jié)論：1、治療組與對(duì)照組均能有效降低大腦總動(dòng)脈流速、改良Fisher分級(jí)指數(shù)，減輕患者臨床癥狀和體征。2、對(duì)照組與治療組之間有顯著性差異，治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組療效。

    Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the bushenhuoxue therapy onCerebral vasospasm(CVS) after traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(tSAH). Metnods：60eligible cases were randonly divided into2groups：29cases of control group givenWestern medicine treatment (Nimodipined and so on);31cases of treatmeat group weregiven traditional Chinese medicine(bushenhuoxue therapy) and Western medicinetreatmeat There was no significant differences in the age, sexnal distinction and theconditions.To compared the Vm of the middle cerebral artery that were measured byTranscranial Doppler(TCD),Improving-Fisher score(CT) and clinical symptoms.Results:The treatmeat group was slower than the other groups in the Vm the MCA andImproving-Fisher score(P＜0.05）.the treatmeat groups improment was better than that ofthe control group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion:1、The two treatmeat methods can improve theclinic symptoms and medical record.2、The dffect of the treatment groups(bushenhuoxuetherapy and nimodipine) is positive and satisfactory.
