【摘要】：目的:探討鹽酸文拉法辛聯(lián)合自擬中藥方治療抑郁癥的療效及對(duì)患者血清單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的影響。方法:收治的抑郁癥患者200例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組100例和對(duì)照組100例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸文拉法辛,治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上服用自擬中藥方。兩組療程均為8周。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率(92.00%)高于對(duì)照組(79.00%),且有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);治療組患者治療后HAMD評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,ADL評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組,且有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);治療組患者治療后血清DA、NE、5-HT水平高于對(duì)照組,且有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);治療組患者治療后心煩易怒、精神抑郁、情緒不寧積分低于對(duì)照組,且有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(10.00%)低于對(duì)照組(36.00%),且有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:鹽酸文拉法辛聯(lián)合自擬中藥方治療抑郁癥的療效顯著,調(diào)節(jié)患者血清單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的代謝水平,具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of venlafaxine hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of depression and its effect on monoamine neurotransmitters. Methods: 200 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 100) and control group (n = 100). The control group took venlafaxine hydrochloride orally, and the treatment group took the Chinese medicine prescription on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group (92.00) was higher than that of the control group (79.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the HAMD score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the difference was significant (P 0.05), and the serum DANE-5-HT level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the scores of irritability, depression and emotional restlessness in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the efficacy of venlafaxine hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression is remarkable, and it is of great significance to regulate the metabolism level of monoamine neurotransmitters in patients' serum.
