【摘要】：目的:驗(yàn)證小劑量托特羅定結(jié)合電針治療帕金森病(PD)合并膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥(OAB)的療效。方法:將60例PD合并OAB患者隨機(jī)分為針?biāo)幗M和西藥組,每組30例。兩組基礎(chǔ)美多巴治療量一致,均停用安坦等抗膽堿藥物,針?biāo)幗M口服托特羅定1mg,每日2次,結(jié)合電針百會(huì)、四神聰、印堂,每日1次;西藥組口服托特羅定2mg,每日2次。治療6周后,觀察兩組治療前后排尿變化、帕金森病綜合量表(UPDRSⅢ)評(píng)分,并記錄兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:兩組治療后24h平均排尿次數(shù)、24h平均尿失禁次數(shù)、平均每次尿量均明顯改善(均P0.01),且針?biāo)幗M的改善程度優(yōu)于西藥組(均P0.05);針?biāo)幗M治療后UPDRSⅢ評(píng)分明顯降低(P0.05),且明顯低于西藥組(P0.05);針?biāo)幗M不良反應(yīng)明顯少于西藥組。結(jié)論:小劑量托特羅定結(jié)合電針治療PD合并OAB療效優(yōu)于口服全量托特羅定,不良反應(yīng)少,而且可改善PD患者的的運(yùn)動(dòng)癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of low dose tolterodine combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) with bladder hyperactivity (OAB). Methods: 60 PD patients with OAB were randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with the same amount of basic medopa, both of which stopped taking anticholine drugs such as Antan. The acupuncture group took toterodine 1 mg twice a day, combined with electroacupuncture Baihui, Sishengcong, Yintang, once a day, and the western medicine group took toterodine 2 mg twice a day.
