【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療肝膽管結(jié)石術(shù)后黃疸加重的臨床療效。方法:88例患者隨機(jī)分為2組。中西醫(yī)組45例在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用中藥組方治療;對照組43例采用常規(guī)的西醫(yī)方法治療。結(jié)果:中西醫(yī)組術(shù)后10、15天血中總膽紅素下降與鞏膜黃疸消退例數(shù)大于對照組,差異有顯著性或非常顯著性意義(P0.05,P0.01)。2組術(shù)后5天、10天、15天總有效率比較,差異均有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療肝膽管結(jié)石術(shù)后黃疸加重,效果明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)西藥治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the aggravation of jaundice after hepatolithiasis. Methods 88 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 45 cases of traditional Chinese and western medicine group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment, while 43 cases of control group were treated with routine western medicine method. Results: the total bilirubin decrease and scleral jaundice regression in the group of traditional Chinese and western medicine were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 10th and 15th day after operation, and the difference was significant (P 0.05). The total effective rate of 10 days and 15 days after operation in the group of P0.05 and P0.01 was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of jaundice after hepatolithiasis combined with western medicine is better than that of traditional western medicine.
