【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)中西醫(yī)兩種方案治療呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的療效和臨床經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)意義。方法研究病例來源于北京兒童醫(yī)院、南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院、河南中醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院和廣東省中醫(yī)院5所醫(yī)院2005年1月至2007年2月確診為呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎并經(jīng)中醫(yī)辨證診斷為風(fēng)熱閉肺或痰熱閉肺證的患兒297例,采用中心分層區(qū)組隨機(jī)化方法通過計(jì)算機(jī)制定隨機(jī)表,按照病例編號(hào)所對(duì)應(yīng)的分組,分為中藥觀察組148例和西藥對(duì)照組149例。比較其療效和成本差異,進(jìn)行成本-效果比及敏感度分析。結(jié)果觀察組愈顯率90.54%,對(duì)照組愈顯率81.88%,兩組療效差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=2.2655,P0.05),觀察組平均成本為3424.05元,對(duì)照組平均成本為3716.64元,成本-效果比觀察組低于對(duì)照組;敏感度分析觀察組成本-效果比仍低于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論中藥試驗(yàn)方案治療小兒呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的臨床經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)于西藥對(duì)照方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the curative effect and clinical economic significance of two schemes of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods a case study was made from Beijing Children's Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 5 hospitals in January 2005. By February 2007, 297 children diagnosed as respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia and diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation as wind heat closed lung or phlegm heat closed lung syndrome were divided into 148 cases of traditional Chinese medicine observation group and 149 cases of Western medicine control group, and 149 cases were divided into Chinese medicine observation group and Western medicine control group. The results were 90.54% and 81.88% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x 2=2.2655, P0.05), the average cost of the observation group was 3424.05 yuan, the average cost of the control group was 3716.64 yuan, and the cost effect ratio group was lower than the control group; the sensitivity analysis concept was more than that of the observation group. The cost effectiveness ratio of the group was still lower than that of the control group. Conclusion the clinical economic evaluation of the Chinese medicine test scheme for the treatment of children's respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia is better than the western medicine control scheme.
