【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合麻醉下一次性手法松解治療粘連性肩周炎的療效,以求一個療程更短、療效更好的肩周炎治療方法。方法:粘連性肩周炎患者分為研究組和對照組,各40例。對照組給予綜合療法(應用神經(jīng)阻滯+痛點阻滯+功能鍛煉+口服藥物等綜合療法),而研究組則給予中西醫(yī)結(jié)合麻醉下一次性手法松解療法。定期進行Constant功能評分及肩關(guān)節(jié)活動度的恢復評價。結(jié)果:研究組Constant功能評分及療效優(yōu)良率較對照組為優(yōu),肩關(guān)節(jié)活動度恢復范圍大,時間短,兩組差異有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合麻醉下一次性手法松解治療粘連性肩周炎是一個療程更短、療效更好的治療方法,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the curative effect of one-off treatment of adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis under anesthesia with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, in order to obtain a shorter course of treatment and better curative effect.Methods: patients with adhesive periarthritis of shoulder were divided into study group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group was given comprehensive therapy (using nerve block pain point block function exercise oral medicine and so on), while the study group was given one-off manual release therapy under the anesthesia of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Constant function score and shoulder motion recovery were evaluated regularly.Results: the Constant functional score and the excellent and good rate of the study group were better than those of the control group. The range of recovery of shoulder motion was larger and the time was shorter. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of adherent scapulohumeral periarthritis under the anesthesia of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is a shorter course and better curative effect, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
