【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療小兒激素耐藥性腎病綜合征的療效并探討其作用機制。方法:將53例激素耐藥的腎病綜合征患兒分為中西藥治療組36例和西藥對照組17例,西藥組采用激素、免疫抑制劑等治療;中西藥組在西藥組治療的基礎(chǔ)上加服中藥腎病合劑治療。結(jié)果:中西藥組完全緩解率6個月為75.4%,1年為80.6%;西藥組完全緩解率分別為41.2%、51.9%,兩組有顯著性差異。且治療組免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA較治療前明顯提高,與健康組比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中藥腎病合劑可提高西藥治療兒童耐藥性腎病綜合征的療效,其作用機理可能與其免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用及提高激素治療的敏感性有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome in children and explore its mechanism.Methods: 53 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome were divided into Chinese and western medicine treatment group (36 cases) and western medicine control group (17 cases). The western medicine group was treated with hormone and immunosuppressant.Chinese and western medicine group on the basis of western medicine treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine nephropathy mixture treatment.Results: the complete remission rate in the Chinese and western medicine group was 75.4 in 6 months and 80.6 in one year, and the complete remission rate in the western medicine group was 41.2 and 51.9, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups.The immunoglobulin IgG IgA in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the healthy group (P 0.05).Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine nephropathy mixture can improve the efficacy of western medicine in the treatment of children with drug-resistant nephrotic syndrome, and its mechanism may be related to its immunomodulating effect and enhancing the sensitivity of hormone therapy.
