【摘要】：目的:探討分析老年慢性心衰患者采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合方法治療的臨床效果。方法:根據(jù)不同治療方案將2014年1月-2015年12月期間在我院就診的60例老年慢性心衰患者隨機分為治療組(30例,西醫(yī)治療基礎上配合活血利水方加減治療)和對照組(30例,純西醫(yī)治療),將兩組患者治療效果以及治療前后心功能指標變化情況進行對比分析。結(jié)果:治療組患者治療總有效率(93.33%)相對于對照組(76.67%)顯著偏高(P0.05),治療組患者治療效果顯著優(yōu)于對照組。兩組患者治療后CO、SV、LVEF以及6min步行試驗等指標相對于治療前均有所升高(P0.05),但是治療組患者治療后上述各項心功能指標變化更為顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:老年慢性心衰患者采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療的臨床效果較為理想,不僅可有效改善患者臨床癥狀,同時也有利于患者心功能盡快恢復,臨床推廣應用價值較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: according to different treatment schemes, 60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30).The effect of treatment and the changes of cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: the total effective rate of treatment group (93.33) was significantly higher than that of control group (76.67), and the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Compared with before treatment, the indexes of Cos SVS LVEF and 6min walking test were increased in both groups (P 0.05), but the changes of cardiac function in the treatment group were more significant than those before treatment (P 0.05).Conclusion: the clinical effect of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is ideal. It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, but also benefit the recovery of cardiac function of the patients as soon as possible.
