【摘要】：目的探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療妊娠糖尿病患者的效果。方法選取2013年2月—2014年2月收治于該院的76例妊娠糖尿病患者作為研究對(duì)象,以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成觀察組和對(duì)照組兩組,每組各38例,對(duì)照組采取西醫(yī)規(guī)范化治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加用補(bǔ)腎安胎飲聯(lián)合保陰煎治療,對(duì)比治療后兩組患者妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果兩組患者血糖均得到有效控制,治療后較治療前血糖水平均有顯著下降(P0.05),治療后觀察組患者血糖水平低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。無(wú)1例患者發(fā)生其他嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥,觀察組患者妊娠結(jié)局的部分指標(biāo)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療妊娠糖尿病,可有效控制血糖,改善母嬰結(jié)局,防止妊娠其他嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods from February 2013 to February 2014, 76 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine standardized therapy.The observation group was treated with Bushen Antieyin decoction combined with Baoyin decoction on the basis of the control group, and the pregnancy outcome of the two groups was compared after the treatment.Results the blood glucose levels in both groups were effectively controlled, and the blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P 0.05A), and the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05).No other serious complications occurred in one patient, and some indexes of pregnancy outcome in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively control blood sugar, improve the outcome of mother and child, and prevent other serious complications of pregnancy, which is worth popularizing.
