【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法:將180例患者隨機(jī)分成2組,對(duì)照組84例采用西替利嗪膠囊或鹽酸依匹斯汀膠囊治療;治療組96例在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加服玉屏風(fēng)散、溫肺止流丹、腎氣丸加減。2組均治療20天為1療程,3療程后觀察療效,療程結(jié)束后隨訪半年。結(jié)果:總有效率治療組為97.9%,對(duì)照組為76.2%;復(fù)發(fā)率治療組為19.8%,對(duì)照組為71.4%;2組總有效率比較,差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.01),治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;2組復(fù)發(fā)率比較,差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.01),治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:采用中西醫(yī)治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎臨床療效較好,且復(fù)發(fā)率較低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic rhinitis.Methods: 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (84 cases) was treated with cetirizine capsule or Episteine hydrochloride capsule, and the treatment group (96 cases) was treated with Yupingfeng powder and Wenfei Zhiliudan on the basis of the control group.Shenqi pills plus or minus 2 groups were treated for 20 days after 3 courses of treatment and followed up for half a year.Results: the total effective rate was 97.9 in the treatment group and 76.2in the control group, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 19.8 and the total effective rate in the control group was 71.4. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.01). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was significant (P 0.01), and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: treatment of allergic rhinitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective and the recurrence rate is low.
