【摘要】：目的：本文章是通過點(diǎn)穴松解法治療顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂綜合征的療效觀察，證明其點(diǎn)穴松解法的優(yōu)越性。 方法：研究對(duì)象為長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)門診顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂綜合征患者，，共60例，治療組30例，對(duì)照組30例。治療組采用推拿療法-點(diǎn)穴松解法，5次為一個(gè)療程，連續(xù)觀察兩個(gè)療程。對(duì)照組采用超短波療法，同樣5次為一個(gè)療程，連續(xù)觀察兩個(gè)療程。治療結(jié)束后采用CMI指數(shù)進(jìn)行療效評(píng)定。 結(jié)果：治療組臨床療效總有效率為93.3%，而對(duì)照組為80%。治療組總有效率明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P0.05），說明治療組在改善功能紊亂和緩解疼痛方面具有顯著療效。 結(jié)論：點(diǎn)穴松解法治療顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂綜合征在改善關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)與減輕疼痛方面療效明顯。其止痛效果持久，無副作用，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: this article is to observe the curative effect of the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome by point point release method, and to prove the superiority of the point point loosening method in treating temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome.Methods: 60 cases of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome were studied in Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated with massage therapy-point loosening method 5 times as a course of treatment and two consecutive courses of treatment.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave therapy.The curative effect was evaluated with CMI index after treatment.Results: the total effective rate was 93. 3 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), which indicated that the treatment group had significant curative effect in improving the function disorder and relieving pain.Conclusion: the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome by point-point relaxation therapy is effective in improving joint activity and alleviating pain.It has lasting analgesic effect and no side effect, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
