【摘要】：目的：通過觀察對言語三區(qū)電針叢刺法治療對中風(fēng)后運動性失語患者言語功能的影響,探討中風(fēng)后運動性失語的有效治療方法,為臨床提供可行的依據(jù)。 方法：本課題以中風(fēng)后運動性失語的患者為研究對象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法按入院的先后順序,將60例研究對象按1：1的比例隨機(jī)分成兩組,治療組(言語三區(qū)電針叢刺組)和對照組(常規(guī)針刺組),每組各30例。兩組均以相同的常規(guī)藥物治療和康復(fù)訓(xùn)練為背景下治療。所有研究對象分別于治療前、治療后的2周、4周、6周、8周采用北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)《漢語失語成套測驗》(ABC)中的流利性評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評分,以便系統(tǒng)的對中風(fēng)后運動性失語的臨床療效進(jìn)行評價。 結(jié)果：1、在治療2周后進(jìn)行流利性評分,與治療前相比沒有明顯變化。在進(jìn)行治療后的第4、6、8周時分別進(jìn)行流利性評分,與治療前相比均有明顯差異(P0.01),具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,表明治療組與對照組均能夠提高中風(fēng)后運動性失語患者的語言流利性評分,且在臨床療效上,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 2、兩組治療后臨床總療效比較,治療組總有效率為86.67%,對照組總有效率為76.67%,治療組的總療效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論：1、中風(fēng)導(dǎo)致的運動性失語患者經(jīng)頭電針叢刺法治療后,其言語功能有明顯改善,說明言語三區(qū)電針叢刺法效果顯著。 2、言語三區(qū)電針叢刺法治療的療效明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effective treatment of motor aphasia after apoplexy by observing the effect of electroacupuncture on speech function in patients with motor aphasia after apoplexy. Methods: in this study, 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion of 1:1 by using random digital table method according to the order of admission. The treatment group (speech three area electroacupuncture group) and the control group (conventional acupuncture group, 30 cases in each group) were treated with the same routine drug therapy and rehabilitation training. In order to evaluate the clinical effect of motor aphasia after apoplexy, the fluency scores of Beijing Medical University (Beijing Medical University) were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of motor aphasia after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks, respectively. Results the scores of fluency were not significantly different from those before treatment 2 weeks after treatment. The scores of fluency were significantly different from those before treatment at the 4th week and the 6th week after treatment (P 0.01). The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group could improve the score of language fluency in the patients with motor aphasia after stroke, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P 0.05) in clinical efficacy. The total effective rate was 86.67 in the treatment group and 76.67 in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). ConclusionThe speech function of patients with motor aphasia caused by stroke was obviously improved after the treatment of electroacupuncture, indicating that the effect of electroacupuncture in three areas of speech was remarkable. 2, the curative effect of the speech three area electroacupuncture group was better than that of the routine acupuncture group.
