【摘要】：目的觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療甲狀腺相關(guān)眼病的臨床療效。方法將112例符合病例入選標準的患者隨機分為治療組、對照組。2組均以曲安奈德球后注射治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用柴胡疏肝散。2組均以治療1個月為1個療程,治療2個療程后觀察療效。結(jié)果治療組治愈率(62.50%)明顯高于對照組(40.07%)(P0.05);治療組總有效率(89.29%)也明顯高于對照組(69.68%)(P0.05)。2組CAS評分、突眼度、軟組織炎癥評分治療前后相比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后2組組間比較差異也有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率治療組為5.36%,對照組為7.14%,2組相比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論以柴胡疏肝散聯(lián)合西藥曲安奈德為主的治療方法對甲狀腺相關(guān)眼病有較好的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. Methods 112 patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 112) and control group (n = 2) treated with triamcinolone acetonide retrobulbar injection. On this basis, the treatment group plus chaihu Shugan powder group was treated for one month as a course of treatment. Results the cure rate (62.50) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.07), and the total effective rate in the treatment group (89.29) was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.68%). The difference of soft tissue inflammation score before and after treatment was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.36 in the treatment group and 7.14 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with triamcinolone acetonide has a better therapeutic effect on thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.
