【摘要】：正慢性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病,簡稱慢淋(chroniclymphocytic leukemia,CLL)是一種克隆性疾病,以CD5+的B細(xì)胞在外周血、骨髓、肝、脾、淋巴結(jié)中大量增殖為特征。本病老年人多見,80%的患者60歲。過去認(rèn)為CLL在我國發(fā)生率較低,而歐美國家發(fā)病率高,隨著中國步入老齡化社會,其總數(shù)呈增長趨勢。因此,探求中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療CLL的方法有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a clonal disease with B cells of CD5 in peripheral blood, bone marrow, liver and spleen. A large number of lymph nodes proliferate. 80% of the elderly patients with this disease are 60 years old. In the past, the incidence of CLL was considered to be relatively low in China, while in Europe and the United States, the incidence rate was high. With China entering an aging society, the total number of patients showed an increasing trend. It is of great clinical significance to explore the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of CLL.
