【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合三期四法治療慢性盆腔炎的作用。方法:對(duì)照組47例以抗生素常規(guī)月經(jīng)期治療,治療組月經(jīng)期抗生素子宮穴封閉,配合微波理療;月經(jīng)后期中藥內(nèi)服基本方(黃芪、丹參、當(dāng)歸、紅藤、薏仁、敗醬草、桃仁等)、月經(jīng)前期中藥飲片外敷(透骨草、雞血藤、伸筋草、桂枝、虎杖等);1個(gè)月經(jīng)周期為1療程,兩個(gè)療程后統(tǒng)計(jì)療效。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率100%,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組74.46%,P0.01。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合分期綜合治療慢性盆腔炎,內(nèi)外結(jié)合,優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),療效可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with three stage four method of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods: 47 cases of control group with conventional antibiotic treatment of menstrual period, menstrual period, uterine cavity antibiotic treatment group closed, combined with microwave therapy; menstruation herbs (Astragalus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, basic Angelica, SFAS, Adlay, Patrinia, peach etc.), premenstrual topical (Chinese herbal medicine Tougucao, Caulis Spatholobi, Lycopodii herb, cassia twig, Polygonum cuspidatum); 1 menstrual cycles for 1 course, two statistical effects after treatment. Results: the total efficiency of treatment group was 100%, significantly better than the control group 74.46%, P0.01. conclusion: the comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, internal and external integration, complementary advantages, the curative effect is reliable.
