【摘要】：正便秘是一種常見病和慢性病,表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)排便困難、排便不盡感或排便次數(shù)減少[1]。慢性便秘的病程至少為6個月[2]。頑固性是指經(jīng)一般藥物及非手術(shù)治療很難奏效,常需手術(shù)治療[3]。手術(shù)是治療慢性頑固性便秘的重要方法之一,但術(shù)前應(yīng)注意完善癥狀學(xué)、心理學(xué)、結(jié)直腸形態(tài)學(xué)及功能學(xué)檢查,仔細分析引起便秘的病因,掌握手術(shù)適應(yīng)癥,如有多種病變同時存在,應(yīng)手術(shù)解決引起便秘的主要病變,但也同時解決次要的續(xù)發(fā)病變,術(shù)后務(wù)必重視非手術(shù)治
[Abstract]:Constipation is a common and chronic disease, characterized by persistent defecation difficulties, restless defecation or decreased defecation frequency [1]. The course of chronic constipation is at least 6 months. Surgery is one of the most important methods in the treatment of chronic intractable constipation. However, before operation, attention should be paid to the improvement of symptomatology, psychology, colorectal morphology and functional examination, careful analysis of the etiology of constipation, and operation indication. If there are many kinds of pathological changes simultaneously, the main pathological changes that cause constipation should be solved surgically, but the secondary secondary lesions should be solved at the same time. After operation, attention must be paid to the non-operative treatment.
