【摘要】：目的:比較電針、中藥、針藥結(jié)合三種不同療法治療圍絕經(jīng)期抑郁癥的臨床治療效應。方法:將確診為圍絕經(jīng)期抑郁癥的患者隨機分為電針組、中藥組和針藥結(jié)合組各40例,治療1個月后觀察比較其改良Kupperman評分、Hamilton抑郁量表評分及血清雌二醇(E2)含量。結(jié)果:電針組的改良Kupperm評分治療前為28.20±2.42,治療后為12.50±2.02,總有效率為72.5%;Hamilton抑郁量表評分治療前為24.72±0.45,治療后為10.60±1.12,總有效率為75%;血清E2含量治療前為(29.50±12.38)pg/ml,治療后為(46.36±17.7)pg/ml。中藥組的改良Kupperm評分治療前為30.72±2.47,治療后為13.30±2.06,總有效率為70.0%;Hamilton抑郁量表評分治療前為25.37±0.60,治療后為11.17±1.20,總有效率為72.5%;血清E2含量治療前為(36.27±11.95)pg/ml,治療后為(46.56±22.34)pg/ml。針藥結(jié)合組的改良Kupperm評分治療前為33.67±1.84,治療后為13.52±1.91,總有效率為72.5%;Hamilton抑郁量表評分治療前為25.30±0.75,治療后為10.12±1.35,總有效率為75.0%;血清E2含量治療前為(37.77±20.47)pg/ml,治療后為(55.13±28.26)pg/ml。3組比較,P0.05。結(jié)論:無論電針或中藥湯劑或針藥結(jié)合對本病都有一定的治療效果,三者療效無明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and medicine on peri-menopausal depression. Methods: patients diagnosed as perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into three groups: electroacupuncture group, traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture and medicine combination group. One month after treatment, the modified Kupperman score and the serum estradiol E2 were compared. Results: the modified Kupperm score was 28.20 鹵2.42 before treatment and 12.50 鹵2.02 after treatment in electroacupuncture group. The total effective rate was 72.5% Hamilton depression scale before treatment. It was 24.72 鹵0.45, 10.60 鹵1.12 after treatment, and the total effective rate was 750.The level of serum E2 before treatment was 29.50 鹵12.38 PG / ml, and after treatment was 46.36 鹵17.7 PG / ml. The modified Kupperm score was 30.72 鹵2.47 before treatment, 13.30 鹵2.06 after treatment, and the total effective rate was 25.37 鹵0.60 before treatment, 11.17 鹵1.20 after treatment, and the total effective rate was 25.37 鹵0.60 before treatment and 11.17 鹵1.20 after treatment. The effective rate was 72.5. The serum E2 level was 36.27 鹵11.95 PG / ml before treatment and 46.56 鹵22.34 ng / ml after treatment. The modified Kupperm score before treatment and after treatment was 33.67 鹵1.84, 13.52 鹵1.91, and the total effective rate was 25.30 鹵0.75 before treatment and 10.12 鹵1.35 after treatment in the combined acupuncture and medicine group, respectively. The content of serum E _ 2 was 37.77 鹵20.47 渭 g / ml before treatment and 55.13 鹵28.26 渭 g / ml after treatment. Conclusion: no matter electroacupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine decoction or combination of acupuncture and medicine have certain therapeutic effect on this disease. There was no significant difference among the three groups.
