【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合預(yù)防髖部骨折術(shù)后并發(fā)深靜脈栓塞(DVT)的臨床療效。方法:60例髖部骨折患者(左側(cè)37例,右側(cè)23例),隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例,治療組術(shù)后采用中醫(yī)辨證施治,配合低分子右旋糖酐;對(duì)照組單純使用低分子右旋糖酐,2組術(shù)后均功能鍛煉及穿彈力襪,1周后行下肢深靜脈彩超檢查。結(jié)果:DVT發(fā)生率治療組為3.3%;對(duì)照組為13.3%。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療對(duì)降低髖部骨折術(shù)后DVT的形成積極有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention of DVT after hip fracture. Methods: 60 cases of hip fracture (37 cases on the left and 23 cases on the right) were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and low molecular weight dextran after operation. The control group was treated with low-molecular-weight dextran anhydride alone and all functional exercises were performed after operation and one week after wearing elastic socks. Results the incidence of lower extremity deep vein color ultrasound was 3.3 in the treatment group and 13.3in the control group. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of lower extremity. The formation of DVT after low hip fracture is positive and effective.
