【摘要】：針刺的或深或淺,除了影響醫(yī)療安全外,更關(guān)系到臨床療效。對此,在中醫(yī)典籍中也早有告誡。目前關(guān)于如何提高針刺療效的研究角度與方法不勝枚舉,但對于經(jīng)絡(luò)循行的深度以及針刺深淺對療效的影響這一基本的問題,并未予以足夠的重視。文章從經(jīng)典出發(fā),結(jié)合筆者的臨床實踐,試圖從針刺深淺與經(jīng)絡(luò)的關(guān)系,與病情病位的關(guān)系,與得氣的關(guān)系等方面揭示掌握好進針深淺的重要意義,強調(diào)深淺不當?shù)暮μ?認為得氣并不一定是有效的標志,刺激量也并不等同于療效,同時,也介紹了如何把握好針刺深淺的基本方法。
[Abstract]:The acupuncture is deep or shallow, in addition to affecting the medical safety, but also related to the clinical efficacy. To this, there has long been a warning in traditional Chinese medicine books. At present, there are too many research angles and methods on how to improve the efficacy of acupuncture. However, the basic problem of the depth of meridian circulation and the influence of acupuncture depth on curative effect has not been paid enough attention to. From the classical point of view, combined with the author's clinical practice, this article tries to analyze the relationship between acupuncture depth and meridian. The relationship with the disease position of the disease, the relationship with the Qi, etc., reveals the important significance of mastering the depth of the needle and the depth of the needle, emphasizes the harm of the improper depth of the needle, and thinks that getting qi is not necessarily an effective sign, and that the amount of stimulation is not equal to the curative effect, and at the same time, It also introduces the basic method of how to grasp the depth of acupuncture.
