【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合藥物治療異位妊娠臨床療效。方法:采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合三聯(lián)療法,即中藥湯劑口服,聯(lián)合甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮同時(shí)治療的方法。中藥湯劑水煎100mL,日3次口服;甲氨蝶呤0.4mg/(kg.d),肌注,5天為1個(gè)療程,在治療的第4日和第7日測(cè)血清β-HCG,若下降15%則需要重復(fù)治療;米非司酮25mg,日2次口服,連服3天,在第4天測(cè)β-HCG,若下降15%,則停藥3天后要重復(fù)療程。結(jié)果:成功59例,失敗7例,成功率為89.1%。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合藥物治療異位妊娠取得良好的臨床療效,可廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on ectopic pregnancy. Combination of methotrexate and mifepristone. Decoction decoction 100mL, oral three times a day, methotrexate 0.4 mg / kg / kg 路dl, intramuscular injection for 5 days as a course of treatment. Serum 尾 -HCG was measured on 4th and 7th of treatment. If the serum 尾 -HCG was decreased by 15%, repeated treatment was needed. Mifepristone 25mg, twice a day, for 3 days, and on the 4th day, 尾 -HCG was measured. If the dose decreased by 15%, the course of treatment would be repeated after 3 days. Results: 59 cases were successful, 7 cases failed. The success rate is 89.1.Conclusion: the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good clinical effect and can be widely used in clinic.
