蘑菇因其營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值和烹飪價(jià)值而廣為人知,也被視為滋補(bǔ)珍品。近幾十年來(lái),人類已經(jīng)把它當(dāng)作天然藥物使用。在許多亞洲國(guó)家,蘑菇被認(rèn)為是功能食品,它所帶來(lái)的健康價(jià)值超過傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)品。蘑菇屬于擔(dān)子菌綱,包含眾多種屬,大多數(shù)都有體積碩大的的子實(shí)體。癌癥是威脅人類健康最嚴(yán)重的疾病。天然藥物與手術(shù)及化療相比更加安全,副作用也更少,因此天然藥物已成為具有治療癌癥前景的手段。在本課題,我們報(bào)道一種高效的天然抗癌物質(zhì)葡聚糖(CVG),該聚糖是從在中國(guó)被稱為云芝的Coriolus vesicolor(CV)中提取得到的。在世界上,云芝是第二個(gè)種植食用的蘑菇,在全球市場(chǎng)中,也被廣泛應(yīng)用與中藥試劑中。它的重要性源于它的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值和醫(yī)藥應(yīng)用。從云芝中已分離出一些生物活性物質(zhì),其中包括酚類化合物、麥角固醇、硒、香菇嘌呤、維生素以及鈣和礦物質(zhì)。葡聚糖也被稱為碳水化合物,屬于生物活性化合物,由葡萄糖分子組成,在海藻、真菌和酵母的細(xì)胞壁形成高度保守的結(jié)構(gòu)。葡聚糖已被作為一種生物活性化合物而成功用于治療高危神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤。此外,葡聚糖通過增加自然殺傷細(xì)胞和免疫球蛋白,發(fā)揮免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。某些葡聚糖具有降低膽固醇、促進(jìn)骨髓細(xì)胞增殖、激活...
