【摘要】：目的　加強(qiáng)海軍醫(yī)療單位對(duì)法定傳染病疫情報(bào)告管理 ,全面了解海軍法定傳染病的疫情狀況 ,為及時(shí)做好衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法　根據(jù) 2 0 0 1年海軍部分醫(yī)療單位疫情管理報(bào)告 ,按《中國(guó)人民解放軍傳染病防治條例》將傳染病分類(lèi) ,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果　海軍部分醫(yī)療單位填寫(xiě)報(bào)告卡的及時(shí)性不夠好 ,完整率僅為 78.16 % ;傳染病的總漏報(bào)率為6 1.98% ,其中 ,以痢疾、麻疹、流行性出血熱報(bào)告較好 ,漏報(bào)率低于 2 0 .0 0 % ,而丙類(lèi)及其它傳染病漏報(bào)率較高。結(jié)論　各級(jí)衛(wèi)生防疫部門(mén)要做好所屬醫(yī)院傳染病報(bào)告與管理的督導(dǎo) ,提高疫情報(bào)告管理質(zhì)量
[Abstract]:Objective to strengthen the report and management of legal infectious diseases in naval medical units, to understand the epidemic situation of legal infectious diseases in navy, and to provide scientific basis for timely health and epidemic prevention and protection. Methods according to the epidemic situation management reports of some medical units in the navy in 2001, the infectious diseases were classified according to the regulations on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results the timeliness of filling out the report card in some medical units of the navy was not good enough, the complete rate was only 78.16%, and the total underreporting rate of infectious diseases was 61.98%. Among them, dysentery, measles and epidemic hemorrhagic fever were better, the underreporting rate was less than 20.00%, while the missed report rate of class C and other infectious diseases was higher than that of dysentery, measles and epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Conclusion Health and epidemic prevention departments at all levels should supervise the report and management of infectious diseases in their hospitals and improve the quality of epidemic report management.
