華北地區(qū)軍事坑道內(nèi)儲水真菌污染原因分析

【摘要】:目的:對華北地區(qū)29條軍事坑道內(nèi)32個平均儲存20年左右的水庫儲水進行真菌學及其污染原因分析,為采取預防措施提供依據(jù)。方法:用沉降法對坑道空氣真菌濃度進行檢測。用薩布羅瓊脂培養(yǎng)基以傾注法檢測儲水真菌濃度。對部分檢出的空氣和儲水真菌菌株根據(jù)菌落形態(tài)特征及顯微鏡下生長結構進行鑒定。結果:①有散在或連成片狀真菌斑膜的占37.5%,有大面積片狀真菌斑膜的占25.0%,水面全部被真菌斑膜覆蓋的占9.4%。②29條坑道空氣真菌濃度平均2 532 CFU/m3。32個水庫平均真菌濃度819.9 CFU/m l。③對1 734株空氣真菌菌株及1 125株儲水真菌菌株鑒定,均以青霉屬(45%及46.8%)、曲霉屬(12.9%及13.7%)、鏈格孢屬(8.9%及6.8%)為優(yōu)勢菌。結論:儲水真菌污染較普遍,污染原因主要是未采取消毒措施,空氣中飄浮的真菌通過孔門及縫隙進入水庫沉降水面造成污染。如果采取消毒措施,切斷傳播途徑,嚴格管理制度,可以防止真菌污染,確保儲水的衛(wèi)生質量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the mycology and pollution causes of 32 reservoirs stored in 29 military tunnels in North China for an average of about 20 years, so as to provide the basis for taking preventive measures. Methods: the concentration of fungi in tunnel air was detected by sedimentation method. The concentration of water storage fungi was detected by pouring method in Sabro Agar medium. Some strains of air and water storage fungi were identified according to the morphological characteristics of colonies and the growth structure under microscope. Results: 137.5% of them were scattered or connected to flake fungal plaque, 25.0% of them had large area flake fungal plaque, and 9.4% of 229 tunnels were covered with fungal plaque. The average fungal concentration of 229 tunnel air fungi was 819.9 CFU/m / L ~ 3 against 1 734 strains of air fungi and 1 125 strains of water storage fungi, and the average concentration of fungi in 229 tunnels was 819.9 CFU/m / L ~ 3 against 1 734 strains of air fungi and 1 125 strains of water storage fungi. Penicillium (45% and 46.8%), Aspergillus (12.9% and 13.7%) and Alternaria (8.9% and 6.8%) were the dominant bacteria. Conclusion: fungal pollution in water storage is more common, and the main cause of pollution is that no disinfection measures have been taken. The floating fungi in the air enter the water surface of the reservoir through the hole door and gap, resulting in pollution. If disinfection measures are taken, transmission routes can be cut off and strict management system can be taken to prevent fungal pollution and ensure the hygienic quality of stored water.
