3:2:1膠體液對海訓(xùn)中高滲性脫水患者的應(yīng)急救治作用

【摘要】:目的觀察3∶2∶1膠體液對海訓(xùn)中高滲性脫水患者的救治效果。方法2000-08~2006-08共對20例訓(xùn)練中高滲性脫水患者利用3∶2∶1膠體液進行救治。在輸液前后觀察血壓、脈搏、呼吸、血電解質(zhì)、血乳酸、血二氧化碳結(jié)合力(CO2-CP)、全血低切率的黏度及血細胞比容等指標的變化。結(jié)果輸入3∶2∶1膠體液后患者血壓、脈搏及呼吸等生命體征明顯改善(P0.05),血鈉、血乳酸下降及二氧化碳結(jié)合力水平上升(P0.05)。結(jié)論對海訓(xùn)中高滲性脫水患者早期快速輸入3∶2∶1膠體液可顯著提高患者血容量,糾正高鈉血癥,改善機體代謝,安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of 3:2:1 gel on patients with hyperosmotic dehydration in sea training. Methods A total of 20 patients with hyperosmotic dehydration in training were treated with 3:2:1 gel fluid. The changes of blood pressure, pulse, respiration, blood electrolyte, blood lactic acid, blood carbon dioxide binding capacity (CO2-CP), viscosity of whole blood low shear rate and specific volume of blood cells were observed before and after infusion. Results the vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and respiration were significantly improved (P 0.05), serum sodium and lactic acid decreased and carbon dioxide binding capacity increased (P 0.05). Conclusion early rapid infusion of 3:2:1 colloid solution can significantly increase blood volume, correct hypernatremia and improve metabolism in patients with hyperosmotic dehydration during sea training.
