【摘要】：目的觀察復(fù)合益生菌制劑“海生元”對(duì)長(zhǎng)航核潛艇艇員體內(nèi)礦物元素代謝的調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法采用等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法 (DCP -AES)測(cè)定用藥組、未用藥組和未出航組艇員血清Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mo、Cd、Pb、Al、Cr、Co元素濃度 ,Na、K用全自動(dòng)生化儀測(cè)定。結(jié)果未用藥組艇員航后血清Na、Pb、Al分別為 (1 5 6 .89± 1 7.4 3)mmol·L- 1、(0 .6 9± 0 .1 0 ) μmol·L 1和 (2 .75± 0 .2 8) μmol·L- 1,與未出航組比較顯著性升高 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,而Mg、Mn、Mo分別為 (0 .78± 0 .1 0 )mmol·L- 1、(0 .98± 0 .1 4 ) μmol·L 1和 (0 .5 0± 0 .0 4 ) μmol·L 1,較未出航組顯著性降低 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,Zn為 (1 0 .33± 2 .86 ) μmol·L- 1,降低非常顯著 (P 0 .0 1 ) ;用藥組艇員航后血清Na、Pb、Al分別為(1 30 .77± 1 4 .85 )mmol·L- 1、(0 .35± 0 .1 8) μmol·L 1和 (1 31± 0 .2 5 ) μmol·L- 1,與未用藥組航后比較明顯降低 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,而血清Mg、Fe、Mn分別為 (1 .36± 0 .0 6 )mmol·L- 1、(2 8.6 9± 3.0 3) μmol·L 1和(1 .94± 0 .2 3) μmol·L- 1,較未用藥組航后顯著升高 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,Zn為 (2 0 .95± 3.2 4 ) μmol·L- 1,升高非常顯著 (P 0 .0 1 ) ;用藥組航后血清Zn亦顯著高于航
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the regulatory effect of compound probiotics "Haishengyuan" on mineral element metabolism in long voyage nuclear submarine crew. Methods the concentration of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Mo,Cd,Pb,Al,Cr,Co in serum was determined by plasma atomic emission spectrometry (DCP-AES), and the concentration of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Mo,Cd,Pb,Al,Cr,Co in serum was measured by automatic biochemical instrument. Results the serum Na,Pb,Al of the non-medication group was (156.89 鹵17.43) mmol 路L-1, (0.69 鹵0.10) 渭 mol 路L-1 and (2.75 鹵0.28) 渭 mol 路L-1, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the unsailing group (P 0.05), while the Mg,Mn,Mo was (0.78 鹵0.10) mmol 路L-1, respectively. (0.98 鹵0.14) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1) and (0.50 鹵0.05) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), which were significantly lower than those in the non-sailing group (P 0.05), Zn = (10.33 鹵2.86) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), P 0.01). The serum Na,Pb,Al in the treatment group was (130.77 鹵14.85) mmol 路L ~ (- 1), (0.35 鹵0.18) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1) and (1.31 鹵0.25) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), respectively, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), while the serum Mg,Fe,Mn was (1.36 鹵0.06) mmol 路L ~ (- 1), respectively. (28.69 鹵3.03) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1) and (1.94 鹵0.23) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), Zn = (20.95 鹵3.24) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), P 0.01). The serum Zn in the medication group was also significantly higher than that in the navigation group.
