【摘要】：目的研究音樂放松對緩解特殊作業(yè)人員應激情緒的作用。方法在參加神舟十一號載人航天飛行任務的工作人員中招募志愿者15人,任務過程中和任務后各進行1次音樂放松。在音樂放松前、后采集主觀體驗指標和唾液皮質(zhì)醇指標,音樂放松過程中采集心率變異性指標。結果音樂放松后,心率(heart rate,HR)降低[(71.08±7.97)beats/min vs.(68.15±7.05)beats/min)],相鄰NN間期差的均方根(root mean square of successive differences,RMSSD)升高[(29.15±13.27)ms vs.(36.86±14.22ms)],高頻功率(high frequency,HF)升高[(219.05±180.39)ms~2vs.(329.01±235.87)ms],差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。唾液皮質(zhì)醇(cortisol)水平降低[(6.50±1.04)ng/mL vs.(6.01±0.65)ng/mL],差異接近顯著(P=0.079)。結論音樂放松對于緩解作業(yè)人員應激情緒具有積極作用,對于下丘腦-垂體-腎上腺(hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal,HPA)軸和自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)均有影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of music relaxation on relieving stress emotion of special operators. Methods 15 volunteers were recruited from the staff of Shenzhou 11 manned space mission, and music relaxation was performed once during and after the mission. Before and after music relaxation, subjective experience index and saliva cortisol index were collected, and heart rate variability (HRV) indexes were collected during music relaxation. Results after music relaxation, heart rate (heart rate,HR) decreased [(41.08 鹵7.97) beats/min vs. (68.15 鹵7.05) beats/min], root mean square (root mean square of successive differences,RMSSD) of adjacent NN interval difference increased [(29.15 鹵13.27) ms vs. (36.86 鹵14.22 Ms)], high frequency power (high frequency,HF) increased [(219.05 鹵180.39) ms~2vs. (329.01 鹵235.87) ms]. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).
