【摘要】：目的調(diào)查駐高原官兵的心理健康狀況。方法采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)測評駐海拔4 300 m高原某部109名官兵心理健康狀況。結(jié)果某部官兵SCL-90的9項因子分均高于軍人常模(P0.05,P0.01)。軍官和士官的總分、總體癥狀指數(shù)、陽性項目數(shù)和軀體化、強迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系敏感、焦慮、偏執(zhí)、精神病性因子分均明顯高于義務(wù)兵(P0.01)。高中以上文化官兵各項心理評定指標(biāo)與初中文化官兵比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。駐高原6個月官兵的總分和焦慮、敵對、恐怖、偏執(zhí)因子分均明顯低于駐高原≥6個月官兵(P0.05);各因子分中有1項≥3分者,駐高原≥6個月官兵占34.7%,6個月官兵占10.0%。結(jié)論影響高原官兵心理健康的主要原因是在高原工作的時間,時間越長影響越大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of officers and soldiers stationed at high altitude. Methods the mental health status of 109 officers and soldiers stationed at 4 300 m altitude was assessed by symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results the nine factor scores of SCL-90 in a certain unit were higher than those in the military norm (P0.05, P 0.01). The total score, overall symptom index, number of positive items and somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychotic factors of officers and non-commissioned officers were significantly higher than those of conscripts (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in psychological evaluation indexes between cultural officers and soldiers above senior high school and cultural officers and soldiers in junior high school (P 0.05). The total score and anxiety, hostility, phobia and paranoid ideation of officers and soldiers stationed at plateau for 6 months were significantly lower than those of officers and soldiers stationed at high altitude 鈮，
