【摘要】：目的探討飛行員頭部參數(shù)及頭型隨年代發(fā)展等因素的變化程度與趨勢(shì)。方法對(duì) 80名飛行員進(jìn)行頭水平圍等 1 0項(xiàng)頭部參數(shù)的測(cè)量與分析 ,并與 70年代的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果與 70年代相比 ,1 0項(xiàng)參數(shù)值中的 8項(xiàng)有非常顯著性差異 (P 0 .0 1 ) ;頭型為圓顱型這一總體特征未改變 ,但趨于更圓 ,且各種頭型的分布略有變化 ;全國(guó)不同地區(qū)之間以及飛行學(xué)員與飛行教員之間 ,1 0項(xiàng)頭部參數(shù)均無(wú)顯著性差異 (P 0 .0 5)。結(jié)論進(jìn)行頭部防護(hù)裝具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí) ,應(yīng)充分考慮飛行員的頭部參數(shù)較 70年代已有變化且頭型總體特征未變但趨于更圓這一情況 ;不同地區(qū)的飛行員以及飛行學(xué)員與飛行教員的頭部防護(hù)裝具型號(hào)
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the variation degree and trend of head parameters and head type with chronological development in pilots. Methods Ten head parameters such as head horizontal circumference were measured and analyzed in 80 pilots and compared with the data in 1970s. Results compared with the 1970s, 8 of the 10 parameters were significantly different (P 0.01), but the overall characteristics of the head type were not changed, but tended to be more round, and the distribution of various head types changed slightly, and there was no significant difference in the head parameters of 10 items among different regions of the country and between flight cadets and flight teachers (P 0.05). Conclusion when designing head protective gear, we should take full account of the fact that the head parameters of pilots have changed compared with those of 1970s and the overall characteristics of head shape remain unchanged but tend to be more round. The types of head protective equipment of pilots and flight cadets and flight instructors in different areas should be fully taken into account.
