軍事應(yīng)激對(duì)軍人心理和免疫內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)的影響

【摘要】:目的探討軍事演習(xí)對(duì)官兵心理和免疫內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)的影響。方法選取參加軍演部隊(duì)指戰(zhàn)員126名,采用放射免疫方法(RIA)檢測(cè)參演前后血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)、血清皮質(zhì)醇(cortisol)和醛固酮(aldosterone)水平,應(yīng)用軍人心理應(yīng)激自評(píng)問卷(PSET)進(jìn)行心理狀態(tài)調(diào)查,將血清學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果與軍人心理應(yīng)激自評(píng)結(jié)果進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果參加軍演后,血清IL-2降低,IL-6、IL-8、TNF升高,與軍演前比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),PSET分值≥70的官兵(n=35)IL-2降低和IL-6、IL-8、TNF升高更明顯(P0.05);軍演后血清皮質(zhì)醇和醛固酮均升高,與軍演前比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),PSET分值≥70的官兵皮質(zhì)醇和醛固酮升高更明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論軍演可對(duì)免疫系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生一定的抑制作用,并可引起內(nèi)分泌激素水平的改變,有必要選擇適宜的心理訓(xùn)練和體能訓(xùn)練來提高官兵的免疫能力和心理應(yīng)激能力。
