【摘要】：目的了解軍人發(fā)生眼外傷后,在基層醫(yī)院的救治情況及常見的誤診、漏診情況。方法回顧性分析2002年1月1日-2008年12月31日在21所團(tuán)級醫(yī)院就診的953例眼外傷病例;調(diào)查軍人眼外傷患者在基層醫(yī)院的診治過程,包括首次手術(shù)的時間、延遲手術(shù)的原因、誤診疾病的種類及原因等情況。采用SPSS 13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果眼球開放傷的縫合率為89.9%(98/109),其中傷后24h內(nèi)行一期縫合的占62.4%(68/109),延期手術(shù)的常見原因為轉(zhuǎn)診耽擱。眼球閉合傷的首次手術(shù)時間以Ⅲ區(qū)間隔時間最長。容易誤診的疾病包括視網(wǎng)膜脫離、視神經(jīng)損傷、球內(nèi)異物以及偽盲。結(jié)論為提高我軍基層醫(yī)院的衛(wèi)勤保障能力,眼外傷發(fā)生后救治的時效性需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)�；鶎俞t(yī)生對視網(wǎng)膜脫離、視神經(jīng)損傷、球內(nèi)異物以及偽盲的認(rèn)識需要進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the medical treatment, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in primary hospitals after ocular trauma in servicemen. Methods from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2008, 953 cases of ocular trauma in 21 regiment hospitals were retrospectively analyzed. To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of military patients with ocular trauma in primary hospitals, including the time of the first operation, the causes of delayed operation, the types and causes of misdiagnosed diseases and so on. SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results the suture rate of open eye injury was 89.9% (98 / 109), among which 62.4% (68 / 109) underwent primary suture within 24 hours after injury.
