【摘要】：目的:觀察坑道內(nèi)半密閉環(huán)境對(duì)人體的影響,為進(jìn)駐坑道提供防護(hù)依據(jù),以減少環(huán)境對(duì)人體的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。方法:用血液分析儀、全自動(dòng)生化儀及特殊蛋白分析儀對(duì)12名受試者按試驗(yàn)前、中、后3次進(jìn)行血液指標(biāo)監(jiān)測(cè)及兩次重點(diǎn)復(fù)檢。并對(duì)自覺(jué)癥狀作問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:39項(xiàng)血液指標(biāo)3次監(jiān)測(cè)均為正�；蚧菊５挠�33項(xiàng),占84.6%。乳酸脫氫酶有7例在試驗(yàn)期間高于正常值。受試者有半數(shù)以上人員有輕度頭昏、頭痛、胸悶、乏力等自覺(jué)癥狀,其中關(guān)節(jié)痛較為明顯。結(jié)論:血液指標(biāo)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果及出現(xiàn)的自覺(jué)癥狀大多數(shù)較輕,且出坑道后1~4 d消失,認(rèn)為坑道內(nèi)半密閉環(huán)境在短期內(nèi)對(duì)人體基本無(wú)明顯不良影響。對(duì)乳酸脫氫酶結(jié)果偏高及關(guān)節(jié)痛癥狀需要進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the influence of semi-sealed environment on human body in tunnel, and to provide protective basis for entering tunnel, so as to reduce the negative effect of environment on human body. Methods: blood indexes were monitored by blood analyzer, automatic biochemical analyzer and special protein analyzer in 12 subjects before, during and after the test, and the blood indexes were monitored and re-examined twice. Self-conscious symptoms were investigated by questionnaire. Results: 33 (84.6%) of 39 blood indexes were normal or basically normal. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) was found to be higher than normal in 7 cases during the test period. More than half of the subjects had mild dizziness, headache, chest tightness, fatigue and other conscious symptoms, among which joint pain was more obvious. Conclusion: most of the monitoring results of blood indexes and self-conscious symptoms were mild and disappeared 1 day after the passage. It was concluded that the semi-sealed environment in the tunnel had no obvious adverse effect on human body in a short period of time. The results of lactate dehydrogenase were higher and the symptoms of arthralgia needed to be further discussed.
