模擬推拉動(dòng)作對(duì)大鼠血小板粘附聚集和血液流變學(xué)的影響

【摘要】:目的 :探討模擬推拉動(dòng)作后 ,大鼠血小板計(jì)數(shù)(PLT)、粘附 (PAdT)、聚集功能 (PAgT)和血液流變學(xué)的變化 .方法 :將大鼠分為對(duì)照組、單純加速度組和推拉動(dòng)作組 .利用動(dòng)物離心機(jī)和體位翻轉(zhuǎn)控制裝置 ,推拉動(dòng)作組暴露 + 5Gz 3 0s后 ,- 5Gz暴露 3s,+ 10Gz暴露 2 0s.單純加速度組進(jìn)行 + 5Gz暴露 3 5s后 ,+ 10Gz暴露 2 0s.共作用 4次 ,兩次之間間歇5min .對(duì)照組只進(jìn)行同樣時(shí)間、同樣方法的固定 ,但不受±Gz作用 .觀察模擬推拉動(dòng)作后 ,PLT ,PAdT ,PAgT和血液流變學(xué)的變化 .結(jié)果 :推拉動(dòng)作組與單純加速度組相比 ,PAdT和PAgT都明顯增加 (P 0 0 5 ,P 0 0 1) ;全血粘度 (ηb)、全血還原粘度 (ηrd)和紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù) (EAI)亦增加 (P 0 0 5 ) .單純加速度組與對(duì)照組相比 ,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)差異無(wú)顯著性 .結(jié)論 :推拉動(dòng)作 4次后 ,可引起PLT ,PAdT和PAgT顯著性增加 ,ηb,ηrd和EAI亦增加
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the changes of platelet count (PLT), adhesion to (PAdT), aggregation function (PAgT) and hemorheology after simulated push-pull in rats. Methods: rats were divided into three groups: control group, acceleration group and push-pull group. Using animal centrifuge and position reversal control device, the push pull group was exposed to 5Gz for 30 s,-5Gz to 3 s, 10Gz to 20 s. The acceleration group was exposed to 5Gz for 35 s, then 10Gz was exposed to 20 s. A total of 4 interactions were performed, and intermittent 5min was performed between the two times. The control group was fixed for the same time with the same method, but not by 鹵Gz. The changes of, PLT, PAdT, PAgT and hemorheology after simulated push-pull were observed. Results: compared with simple acceleration group, PAdT and PAgT were significantly increased in push pull group (P 0 05, P 0 01). The whole blood viscosity (畏 b), reduced viscosity (畏 rd) and erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI) were also increased (P 0 05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in each index between the simple acceleration group and the control group. Conclusion: after 4 times of push-pull action, PLT, PAdT and PAgT were significantly increased, 畏 b, 畏 rd and EAI were also increased.
