【摘要】：[目的 ]分析祖籍在寧夏、江蘇、廣東三個(gè)地區(qū)的武警士兵外周血淋巴細(xì)胞熱、冷損傷時(shí)熱應(yīng)激蛋白 70(HSP70 )表達(dá)水平的差異性及其可能的意義。 [方法 ]用流式細(xì)胞儀檢測淋巴細(xì)胞中HSP70表達(dá)水平。 [結(jié)果 ]不同地區(qū)比較發(fā)現(xiàn) ,寧夏籍士兵基礎(chǔ)和熱損傷時(shí) ( 4 5℃ ,0 .5h)HSP70表達(dá)水平分別為 ( 80 9.93± 5 8.3 7)、( 95 9.2 3± 90 .2 8)熒光道數(shù) ,均比廣東籍士兵分別為 ( 75 4.3 4± 60 .82 )、( 887.2 9± 72 .85 )熒光道數(shù)顯著升高 (P 0 .0 5 ) ;冷損傷條件下 ( 10℃ ,1h) ,三地區(qū)士兵HSP70表達(dá)水平差異未見顯著性。 [結(jié)論 ]南北方武警戰(zhàn)士淋巴細(xì)胞基礎(chǔ)和熱損傷條件下HSP70表達(dá)水平存在差異性 ;冷損傷條件下 ,三地區(qū)士兵HSP70表達(dá)水平差異無顯著性。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the difference of expression level of heat stress protein 70 (HSP70) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of soldiers of armed police in Ningxia, Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces during heat and cold injury and its possible significance. [methods] flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of HSP70 in lymphocytes.
