【摘要】：目的了解應(yīng)征青年的體型狀況及其與生理機(jī)能、運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)的關(guān)系。方法采用整群抽樣方法 ,對(duì)重慶市 4 2 97名應(yīng)征青年的體格狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。根據(jù)維爾維克指數(shù)的大小將體型分為細(xì)長(zhǎng)、勻稱、粗壯 3種類型 ,分析體型在不同職業(yè)、居住地、年齡人群的分布狀況 ,和與機(jī)能、素質(zhì)指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果體型在不同職業(yè)、年齡及居住地男青年間均存在明顯差異 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,以細(xì)長(zhǎng)型為主 ;不同體型間心功指數(shù)、肺活量 /體重比值、貝利迪西指數(shù)均差異顯著 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,而俯臥撐在細(xì)長(zhǎng)型與勻稱型間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義 (P 0 .0 5 )。結(jié)論重慶市男青年的體型以細(xì)長(zhǎng)型為主 ,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)體育鍛煉和合理營(yíng)養(yǎng) ,以保證青少年的正常生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between physiologic function and sports quality of young candidates. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the physical status of 4297 young people in Chongqing. According to the size of Vilvik's index, the somatotypes were divided into three types: slender, symmetrical and stout. The distribution of somatotype in different occupations, places of residence, age, and the relationship between somatotype and functional and quality indexes were analyzed. Results there was a significant difference in somatotype among young men in different occupations, ages and places of residence (P 0.05), the main type was slender type. There were significant differences in cardiac work index, vital capacity / body weight ratio and Bailey-Dipsy index among different somatotypes (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in push-ups between slender type and symmetrical type (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in cardiac work index, vital capacity / body weight ratio and Bailey-Dipsy index among different somatotypes (P 0.05). Conclusion the body type of male youth in Chongqing is mainly slender. Physical exercise and reasonable nutrition should be strengthened in order to ensure the normal growth and development of adolescents.
