推拉動作對腦組織一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及血漿內(nèi)皮素的影響

【摘要】:為研究推拉動作對腦組織一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)及血漿內(nèi)皮素 (ET)的影響 ,探討推拉動作時在較低的G值即可發(fā)生加速度引起的意識喪失(G inducedlessofconsciousness,G LOC)的機(jī)制 ,給予大鼠高正加速度 (+Gz)及推拉動作暴露 ,并于暴露后30min、3h、1 2h、2 4h和 4 8h 5個時間點麻醉采血、取腦 ,測定腦組織NO、NOS及血漿中ET的含量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn) ,+Gz和推拉動作組與正常組比較 ,腦組織中的NO、NOS及血漿中ET的含量在 30min、3h和 1 2h時增多 ,差異有顯著性意義 (P 0 0 1 ) ,2 4h和 4 8h組間比較差異無顯著性意義 (P 0 0 5 ) ;推拉動作組與 +Gz暴露組比較 ,30min、3h和 1 2h 3個時相點腦組織中的NO、NOS及血漿中ET的含量差異有顯著性意義 (P 0 0 5 )。提示推拉動作暴露和單純高 +Gz暴露可使大鼠腦組織NO與血漿ET的含量增多 ;且推拉動作暴露所致?lián)p傷程度更重
[Abstract]:To study the effect of push-pull action on nitric oxide (NO),) nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and plasma endothelin (ET) (ET) in brain tissue, and to explore the loss of consciousness induced by (G inducedlessofconsciousness, induced by acceleration at a lower G value in push-pull motion. The mechanism of G LOC) was given to rats with high positive acceleration (Gz) and push-pull action exposure. Blood samples were taken after 30 minutes of exposure at 12 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after exposure, and brain NO, was measured at 5 time points (24 h and 48 h after exposure). The content of ET in NOS and plasma. The results showed that the contents of NO,NOS in brain tissue and ET in plasma in Gz and push-pull action group were significantly higher than those in normal group at 30 min and 12 h (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between 24 h and 48 h groups (P 0.05). Compared with Gz exposure group, the contents of NO,NOS in brain tissue and ET in plasma were significantly different between push-pull action group and Gz exposure group at 30 min and 12 h (P < 0.05). The results suggest that the contents of NO and plasma ET in brain tissue can be increased by push-pull action exposure and high Gz exposure, and the degree of injury caused by push-pull action exposure is more serious.
